Starting at $85 per hour + $35 fuel surcharge per day.
The hourly rate includes all applicable taxes. Any additional charges, such as pickup fees and additional travel distance fuel charges are outlined on your booking confirmation email and on the waybill you will receive on day of service.

Starting at $125 per hour, plus $50 fuel surcharge per day.
