What if our day goes over the allotted time?
Any additional time beyond the hours booked on the reservation will be charged at the same inclusive hourly rate (in 15 minute increments) that you have agreed to when booking.
Are there any other additional charges?
Parking fees, overtime charges, travel, incidentals and other surcharges that cannot be calculated prior to service and will be added to the charter WayBill and payment will be due at the time of service.
Is gratuity included?
Services rendered include 20% gratuity built in.
Is a deposit required to book a tour?
Perry’s Tours require a $150 non-refundable deposit towards your custom itinerary. If you do not need concierge services, no deposit will be required. In order to secure your reservation, a DocuSign credit card authorization form will need to be filled out. This is used at wineries and restaurants in order to secure the reservations in advance. Credit card may be charged at some wineries and restaurants in advance.
What are your accepted payment methods?
Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
Checks are not accepted as pre-payment only.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit can be credited toward a future tour or service with Perry’s Tours for up to twelve months from the cancelled tour day. If you cancel within 72 hours of your trip, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your tour.
What if we accidentally damage the vehicle?
The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle done by his/her guests. In the event of any physical damage to the vehicle, there will be a minimum additional charge of $1,500 (or up to cost of replacement) for the repair and/or cleaning of the vehicle. This includes anyone getting sick and vomiting in my vehicle, in-which a minimum $1,500 cleaning/sanitation fee will be added.
Can I smoke or eat in the vehicle?
My vehicle is 100% non-smoking/vaping. The client agrees that there will be no smoking or vaping whatsoever in my vehicle. If smoking does occur, the client will be charged a $1,000 fumigation/cleaning fee to their credit card. No eating of food or drinking of red wine is permitted in my vehicle other than the snacks that are provided by Perry’s Tours. If outside food is eaten in my vehicle without permission a $300 - $500 cleaning fee may be charged. At my discretion, violation of the terms regarding smoking/food may result in immediate termination of the services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
Are there limitations of liability?
Perry’s Tours is not responsible for any personal injury that occurs while inside or around the vehicles. The customer agrees that they are riding at their own risk, and does not hold Perry’s Tours responsible for any injuries that may occur while using our services. Perry’s Tours are fully insured for the required amounts mandated by the California Public Utilities Commission (CAPUC). In the event of an accident, Perry’s Tours commercial insurance policy does cover its occupants covered by the guidelines of the CAPUC. Perry’s Tours is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage or for any baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle during or after use of services. Customer waives all claims for consequential damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to the full amount paid to Perry’s Tours for the disputed service unless otherwise required by law.
